Gyro Zone - University Place

This isn't the place for your typical Greek gyros. This is more North Africa/middle east style. That said, it's absolutely delicious! They also have a lot of items on the menu that look tasty, so we're looking forward to thing back again to try other things. My wife has been there once before and raves about the hummus! The inside atmosphere isn't anything impressive, but it didn't matter much.

The food here is great, but the staff sucks. They double charged me and REFUSED to give me a refund. BOTH payments of $45.54 posted, and they still refused to make it right. Be careful if you go here, they will take your money....

Great food, great service. I got chicken shawarma. Actually, I have had their shawarma sandwich dozens of times, and it is consistently delicious. Their gyro fries are good, too. Their chicken shawarma plate is excellent with an extra pita bread on the side. I love going here for a quick bite when I don't want to cook. Sometimes, i like to go for lunch on my day off and watch soccer on the tv while i enjoy my meal. The only downside is the seemingly drug-addicted individuals with aggressive demeanor occasionally loitering outside the establishment.

Our son took us here. One of his favorite food spots. Where it lacks cosmetic appeal, it sure makes up for it in quality of food and taste! The food is very authentic and the staff are very friendly. I would eat here again.

Such great food. Suer gyro is the best, it's worth the usually short wait. Greek salad is amazing.
