I recently visited a Subway to order a footlong sandwich, and I was disappointed to see a decline in customer service and overall cleanliness in the restaurant. It seems that the restaurant and retail industry as a whole could use some improvement. I don't understand the lack of pride in running a business and doing a job well. Whatever happened to the golden rule? Despite these issues, Subway remains one of the top fast food restaurants.
The service was excellent! The food server went above and beyond for me, but unfortunately, the owner does not believe in tipping food service workers. If they had a tip-by-card system, I would have given them five stars. It's disappointing to be the only restaurant in the city without that option, especially in a pandemic. I hope they figure out a way to make it work in the future.
They messed up my delivery order and when I called, they were very patient and sweet. They refunded my money back. Even though they made a mistake, I will still get my sandwiches from this store. Other than tonight, I have never had any issues. Thank you Subway
They REALLY need to start hiring folks with good customer service skills. They also need to bring back cheddar and swiss cheese. But mostly they need the better customer service!!
