Drei Eidgenossen - Unterramsern

We had reserved a table for 2 people. When I requested the appointment, I mentioned that we would have a dog with us. When we entered the restaurant and the waitress wanted to escort us to our table, the manager came out from behind the counter and whispered to us: We should have mentioned that we were bringing a dog with us. This is not allowed in the Sääli . What a welcome! Is this how customer friendliness works? Of course the mood between us was cold from the start. We were served nicely at the table but probably not by trained staff. The service specialist rarely walked around the table. Instead, she almost always served across the table, pouring over the plate even though we were cutting with the cutlery in the plate. This can be done better. However, the food is beyond any doubt and we enjoyed it very much. For the food alone there would be 5 stars. Please do not try to look for the error with the guest. This person should be served courteously so that they are happy to come back.

Wir waren heute erstmals im Gasthaus Drei Eidgenossen. Nach Vorbestellung haben wir einen Rehrücken in 2 Gängen gegessen und erhielten nochmals Nachschlag. Alles schmeckte perfekt und der Rehrücken aus dem Ofen am Knochen gegart war wunderbar. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir wurden von der Chefin und von einer weiteren Servicemitarbeiterin ausserordentlich freundlich bedient. Auch der Chef kam an den Tisch und fragte nach. So konnten wir auch ihm unser Kompliment aussprechen. Hier fühlt man sich willkommen. Wir kommen auch im neuen Jahr gerne wieder.
