The food was good overall, but the whole chicken was small and dry. The rice had a chalky texture, and the potato salad didn’t taste fresh—it seemed like it was mixed with too many lemons.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food we ordered for our group of 12 was fantastic! It was the best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had!

Consistently delicious! The chicken is sizable! However, my favorite has to be the potato salad—it’s absolutely amazing! Very affordable for feeding a family, and they have excellent catering options as well!

It hurts me to write this review, I really wanted to like Juan Pollo but my experience has been the same no matter the location. In 2019 I went to Juan Pollo for the 1st time, I had heard since high school how it was Better than El Pollo Loco . I had heard it from so many people I took a friend and was shocked to find very small pieces of bone in EVERY bite of my Bowl, my friend 's bowl was the exact same! I was really hungry and tried to ignore it but I was getting 3 or 4 small pieces of bone in every bite, by my 4th bite I was done trying. Both myself my friend threw it out our food and left, I chalked it up to the cook being to busy distracted with his flirting to pay attention to what he was cutting properly decided Id try again some day in the future, fast forward to about a week ago this time I took my daughter, new location, different cook, I was positive we would have a different experience than I did before in Pomona... nope, same EXACT experience, bone in both our bowls in every bite! Again I tried but I got about a 1/4 of the way through my bowl decided Id rather keep my teeth not choke. Thank you for the unforgettable experiences but now Im going to spend the rest of my life trying to forget them, I can 't speak for anyone but myself but Ill NEVER return to Juan Pollo, El Pollo Loco has NEVER had bone in ANY of my numerous meals Ive had from there, so Ima stick to what 's not broken, unlike the bone in your bowls that goes unnoticed. I dont understand how your in business feeding people bone but Im out, I 'd rather cook myself than pay to eat bone! Something is seriously wrong with management if they NEVER catch this problem at multiple locations. No exaggerations or lies, everything I 'm saying is 100% fact NEEDS to be addressed ASAP! BEST OF LUCK BECAUSE I WON 'T BE BACK TO CHECK....I like having teeth to chew.

Prices keep going up, quality keeps going down. 2 piece breast and wing meal is a very small portion for $10
