Kfc - Upland

I visited the drive-thru at around 4pm on Thursday, November 10th. I ordered two 2-piece chicken meals with thighs only, along with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. However, I did not receive the thighs or coleslaw that I ordered. To make matters worse, they did not give me a receipt when they returned my card, and also failed to provide any napkins. How can you eat KFC without napkins? I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was extremely slow, possibly due to short staffing on a Sunday. The employee at the drive-thru seemed lazy and unwilling to extend the Apple pay device further, causing inconvenience for customers. Despite requesting assistance, the employee handed over the drink and later the food without any verbal communication or apology. Additionally, the receipt was forgotten. While the food quality is decent, the poor service experienced at this location in Upland will prevent the reviewer from returning. They plan to visit the KFC in San Dimas instead, where they have had much better service on their way home from work.

The employees at this KFC are clearly incompetent and uneducated. I ordered through Uber Eats an hour before closing and they got my entire order wrong. Nothing was correct except for the drinks. They gave me tenders instead of thighs and a drum and the sides were all incorrect. It seems unlikely that this was a mistake, either it was deliberate or the staff here are incapable of completing simple tasks.

It's hard to rate a 1. We stopped going to this location because they always screw up order 2 yrs later ordered dinner and left out 1 meal didn't get sides on 2 meals . It's bad when you have to go back again. We will stop going. The girl worked the windowtoday needs a personality

Ordered a 16 pc original. All sides were great. Clerk said they only had legs and thighs. This was ok since these are our favorites. However, chicken was either over done and/or sitting out for some time. This is not the QUALITY KFC chicken thefamily is used too. Something is wrong at this store!
