Mountain Mike's Pizza - Upland

The buffet was sub par and the pizza was good. The staff took forever to serve me and bring out fresh pizza and salad. I was really looking forward to eating here.

Just delicious. Fresh dough and bright sauce. The bottom of my pizza was crusty and delicious.

Terrible experience. On Christmas no less. We order a pizza which btw costs an arm and a leg but anyways our kids like it so we decided to give it a go. The uber app doesn't allow for special requests such as please don't put 100 pepwronis on the pizza. Simple request right...we called this time mind you we do this everytime. This time they didn't want to make the change when we had just ordered and they claimed to have already made it. Literally within 3 min. They didn't give 2 you know what and basically said take ut or leave it. We called uber and they were no help 2 min later the order was canceled by who knows prob the jerk at mountain Mike's. I'm done w this place. They don't appreciate our money them shakeys it is. Good riddance.. besides new management at the local one on Shafer sucks too. They're all terrible at customer service ? yes I said it!!
