Food prices were reasonable and food quality was excellent. Atmosphere was adorable and a large Pokémon ceramic cat sat on counter. Food was hot (temperature) and hot kimchi on side. My granddaughter loves Sushi California style and she loved it and ordered one more. They have everything you crave in Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Check out their menu online.
A small local Korean/Japanese restaurant that's been a favorite of ours for many years. The Korean dishes are authentic and delicious. The sushi and sashimi are made fresh with generous portions. Don't let it being at a strip mall fool you, it's worth going to.Food: 5/5
The place is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Granted, we were there during off peak hours, but the service was quick and polite. Food was excellent. I highly recommend Jam Bong, if you like oriental soups/stews. We also tried their fried rice, and pad thai, and everyone was happy. I'd like to go back there when I'm back in Columbus.Food: 5/5
They just lost a weekly customer. Three separate occasions I called to place a carry out order during dinner hours (5-8pm) and no answer. I even walked into the store while calling them and witnessed an employee not answering the phone. And lastly, when I went in to place a carry out order, it was 30 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn't take my order. Foods great, but poor customer service lost my business.
Great food but horrible service. Waited an hr for food and was told multiple times kitchen was busy and would be ready soon. After more than an hr, waiter casually said “your order was never made, it was not printed out”. No apologies or whatsoever. I’m not expecting instant service; however basic communication should have been met. I will not be back.
