Waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me “we don’t have the birria tacos that we advertise you to come in for” Like what??? Do NOT go here unless you’re looking to waste your time. The other time I was here I got someone else’s order. Atmosphere sucks as well. Dirty tables and boxes everywhere. Please do not waste your time going here.
I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and a taco kids meal with 3 drinks, it was $50 and they got my order wrong. The building is nice, but not clean. They gave us lots of nachos, but they weren’t very good.
Our family loves dining in at Moe’s, but we’ve now had many terrible experiences with delivery and I don’t think we’ll be ordering again. It’s a running joke in our house now when we order what items will be wrong this time? Not sure why we keep ordering; guess hope springs eternal. ? My son’s tacos were limp, cold, and missing most of the ingredients I ordered (including the guac I paid extra for). He burst into tears when he saw them (he’s 5). My older child’s meal had ingredients we didn’t order. We only got one tiny salsa for four people. My husband’s burrito was also missing guac and my quesadilla was mushy and very disappointing. And the chips were super stale. Why does this happen every time we order?! Please do better, Moe’s.
Frequently disappointed when going here, ordered online for pickup and showed up the time it suggested. Staff had to finish texting on their phones to get order in place. Wrong shells for tacos, no queso that was on the order, and missing milk for my child.
The workers for the closing shift on December 29th didn’t greet us, wouldn’t look us in the eye and basically acted like we weren’t there until they handed us our food.
