The restaurant is in dire need of a renovation, but the drinks and staff are exceptional.

I had a ham and cheese croissant, a ginger slice, and a hot chocolate. The croissant was tasty, and the ginger slice was alright, but the hot chocolate was the worst I’ve ever experienced. My partner, who works in a café, ordered a spinach and feta muffin along with a mocha. Unfortunately, neither of us could finish our drinks—they were that unpleasant!

One particular staff member never smiles or friendly even looks angry

I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the unfriendly staff. They don't greet customers with a smile or even a simple "hi." Even when they're busy, they could at least acknowledge you by saying, "I won't be long," with a friendly demeanor. Today, I ordered a toastie to take away with my coffee, but when I got home, it wasn't heated at all! Why didn’t they ask if I wanted it toasted? I think it’s time for me to stop going there and find another place for my business.
