Baskin-robbins - Upper Lake

I strongly advise against visiting this place. I went in hoping to grab a vanilla milkshake. I was the only customer at the counter with two employees present, and there was just one car at the drive-thru. I waited a full 10 minutes before being attended to. Then, it took Josh, the shift leader, another 15 minutes to prepare my milkshake. However, what I received was far from a milkshake! Josh clearly doesn’t know how to make one; he simply blended ice cubes with a small amount of vanilla ice cream. Seriously? As I continued on my way, I discovered that I had essentially been given a cup filled with crushed ice and just a smidgen of ice cream. Josh is in his 30s, has plenty of colorful tattoos, is bald, heavyset, and not very friendly. Frankly, he shouldn’t be working at Baskin-Robbins. This was the worst milkshake I’ve ever had.

I can't recommend this location. I love Baskin-Robbins, but this particular shop didn't meet my expectations. We stopped there while getting gas and all ordered waffle cones, but they were surprisingly stale. My brother's cone was actually broken in half, and the staff didn't seem to care. While the ice cream itself was tasty, some of it appeared to be freezer-burned, and I even found a chunk of ice in my cone. I hate to be negative, but the employees seemed unhappy and not very engaged. Nobody said thank you, welcomed us, or even smiled. It was a Saturday at 5:30 PM, 90 degrees outside, and pleasantly cool inside, which made it even more disappointing. I truly love Baskin-Robbins, but I would choose a different location next time.

I've never had a positive experience at this restaurant. The staff consistently display a negative attitude and provide poor customer service, particularly the person at the window. I was taken aback by their rudeness. I would never allow my own employees to treat customers that way.

I can't comment on the service or the food because I went there at 8 PM and found the place closed, even though their hours state they're open until 10 PM. I'm very disappointed.

I frequently find that they're out of the flavors I want, and they never pick up the phone when I try to call and check before heading over. Other than that, their ice cream is fantastic!
