My children love this place so much my Autist daughter she loves the ice?

The food and coffee is good. The man who works the ride thru is very unfriendly. He is short when ordering on the drive thru and also has a very depressing sound in his voice, which seems to be doing it targeted. I come every day on my street to get coffee and he's the only one that's like that. I complained to the girl that gave me my food and she understood... I saw him laugh in the back when she left the drive thru window like what I said was funny. I said he was unfriendly and depressing. He came into my window and gave me my coffee a little sarcastic. Please fix that. That makes it uncomfortable.

Love this place have a hard time starting my day without a stop here.

I never thought the pre-order from a donut shop was the best of ideas, I swear to be wrong, never tasted so well. I went back through the line to order 12 more! I'll have another donut! And the other food is well made and decent. I putb5 stars, it deserves 7.

The donuts were good but the service was unsavory. I used the app to order the 50 piece Munchkins and a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl. I got half the Munchkins and no caramel in my drink. The staff seemed irritated and rude when my son went back in for the other half of the Munchkins we didn't receive. I didn't even bother to mention the drink, it was tasty enough without the caramel. I'll stick to the friendly family owned donut place now. Third visit there and same experience each time.
