I just wanted to make my order right. after 4 failed attempts in their restaurant I have returned. to be treated badly by the manager who didn't even let me order. without cutting me off, I asked as nice as possible. it was still said that my food must be made there, or I was not allowed to order. to say that today they lost a paying customer.
Sandwich are a higher price, and you get less food. We, ordered from drive-thru sandwiches were not neatly put together we had to straighten them out before eating.
I am giving 3 stars for the crinkle fries and the drink selection! I, personally, don't care for their sandwiches...this location, however, moves fast and has great customer service. My find was very fresh. This was my 1st time at Arby's and I didn't like the sandwiche I got...but the fries were good and hot!
This Arby's location in Upper Marlboro is only open for drive thru. The inside has been closed for months. Double check your order before pulling away because it seems common for them to forget things, then you have to sit in the drive thru line all over again. Also tell them exactly how many condiments you want because they are always very stingy with them. I ordered two sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce and horseradish and they only gave me one of each. One of each for two sandwiches. I guess they thought I only needed half a pack for each sandwich. I wouldn't even go to this location if there was another Arby's around, but there isn't, so I just deal with it.
I received great service at this location. The drive-thru line moved quickly. My food was hot and prepared with the substitutions I requested. Great job Arby's team!
