Contribuisci feedbackI had the worst coffee experience at Starbucks. It was quite unpleasant, and I ultimately had to throw it away. I wouldn't suggest spending your money on it.
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited! There were only two people in front of me in line, yet it took 10 minutes to place my order for a single cup. After that, I had to wait another 8 minutes to actually receive it. There was only one employee working behind the counter, which is completely unacceptable!
Today, I watched the barista prepare my drink and noticed that she used only one type of tea instead of the two typically used for a medicine ball—peach tranquility and jade citrus mint. When I asked her about it, she seemed taken aback. She spoke loudly enough for me to hear, insisting that this was how they make it at Safeway Starbucks, and even offered me a refund if I wanted one. That's certainly an unusual approach to customer service! While I did get my money back, in hindsight, I wish I had also taken back my tip from the jar.
The website misrepresents their closing time, and I drove 10 minutes out of my way to get there. When I arrived, the person at the counter was very rude about the closing hours and the information on the website. It was a terrible experience that no dedicated coffee drinker should have to endure!
Proceed with caution if you decide to visit. Honestly, I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations, and this one ranks as the absolute worst.
