Worst Cold Stone location ever. Never clean, never enough tables set up for people to sit, sign outside is peeling, always only 1 person working so it takes forever, and the AC barely works so it’s super humid inside and the ice cream instantly melts. The 1 person usually working is an Asian woman who barely speaks/understands English and isn’t friendly. They need to get it together or they will close soon.

Nice local ice cream shop. Also got the peanut butter chocolate birthday cake which everyone thought was great. Recommended

8 min before closing and they are turning people away. I’m in the door before closing time, the door is open, people are being served but the staff says they are closed!!! I’d love to see what the owner thinks about this crew! Zero stars for service!

Asian woman not very welcoming but glad someone else waited on me otherwise I would have left, not sure if she is the manager owner or what but she needs to have a be a little more pleasant with the customers or that coldstone will be closing real soon! Waffle cone use to have the volume of the cup they are now reduced. Feel cheated.. after spending 8.25 for what I think is a small scoop of ice cream

I love Cold Stone, but every time I visit this location it just sucks. For some reason why ice cream always melts quicker then any other location I go to. Last time I came there was only one person working and obviously being understaffed it was a terrible wait time to order and get everything that was ordered.
