Contribuisci feedbackI have been getting pizza and donairs from there for years and today tried their sushi for the first time. Way better than Sushi Nami! Well made, lots and flavor and customer love infused!
Twenty minutes later, my order finally arrived. You would think that after almost 2.5 hours the meal would be complimentary, or at the very least, my wings would be correct. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I had requested the sauce on the side, and of course, it wasn’t. While this may seem like a minor issue, it just added to the overall poor experience. The driver was genuinely apologetic, but when I asked why I hadn’t received any updates, especially since I had confirmed they had my contact number, all he could say was that he would speak to his manager. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The pizza tasted great, but the customer service and disregard for long-time customers left much to be desired. I might consider trying them again, but honestly, if this is how they treat loyal customers, there are plenty of other good options out there. They receive a one-star rating because the pizza is still enjoyable, but I was completely let down by the customer service. If I could give a zero rating, which I’ve never thought of doing for any restaurant before, I certainly would—though it's important to note that my issue wasn't with the food itself, but rather the management's lack of care and concern for their loyal patrons.
A Canadian Classic pizza shouldn't be overly sweet, but unfortunately, that was our experience. We were surprised to find that the donair sauce came on the side, and we were charged an extra $2.00 for it — with no cheese included. To make matters worse, the pita bread was stale. Overall, we were very disappointed with the food and won't be returning. I would give zero stars if I could. This is my first review ever, but it was so bad I felt the need to warn others.
I ordered pickup on Sunday, October 23, and for $65, we received the saddest cheese pizza I've ever seen (seriously, a high school cafeteria pizza is way better), garlic fingers that had no garlic at all, and two donairs that were far from what I expected. The first red flag was during the phone call, which should have been my cue to give up on this place. I kept asking for a “donair with a pita with the works,” but they didn’t seem to understand what a donair was. What I got were two tough pitas filled with microwaved donair meat—no toppings, no sauce. The two staff members working there clearly had no idea what was going on. The “chef” was handling food without gloves, going from the microwave to the oven to the cheese without washing his hands—super unsanitary. Never again, and I highly advise others to avoid this place as well.
I hate leaving negative feedback, but I just feel like you guys shouldn’t be making sushi and should just stick to pizza and other things. The sushi just isn’t good. I’ve had it twice(second time being the second chance) and it was just so disappointing. The rice was over cooked mush both times. I’m sure this is the part where the owner replies and says their sushi is good… lol. I know my sushi and this is trash.
