Friendly staff, beautiful presentation of the food and cafe, and nice food. Came here on a hot summers day and all the indoor seats were taken, but the staff were really great to position us in the shade and with fans. They were attentive and quick with their service. In terms of the food, I’ve gotta say that the Hervey Bay Scallops were some of the best that I have ever tried. I’d highly recommend. They were seared/cooked to perfection and there was a good amount of sauce. In addition, the mix of textures and the freshness of the greens/garnish also added to the whole dish. I would definitely come back to have these again!

My family and I dined here a number of times during our visit to the area. The food was always delicious, very generously portioned and the service was very fast and friendly. It’s the little things that make a big difference for me at places like this. The thoughtfulness of the waitress making sure we had a plastic cup for our toddler rather than giving us a glass was noticed. Thank you!!

Warm friendly service and wonderful food. We really enjoyed the scallops and prawns which were beautifully presented. And it has a view to the pier. Everything you could want.

A view out over the harbour and of the pier to enjoy along with great food and friendly staff. We went for breakfast. Suggest if you want to sit on the deck outside you book. Even on a Friday morning we missed out. However our inside table still had a great view. A good selection of food and drinks. Licensed so come later in day if you want to partake. We chose a flexitarian breakfast with bacon as an add on, plus Salts signature spicy beans. I also had an Affrogatto. Total cost $52. Food presentation was great. The taste was awesome. Loved the spicy beans flavour. Thoroughly recommend Salts for breakfast and then finish it off with a stroll out on the pier to walk it off.

This is a fantastic place for breakfast or lunch. The service is excellent, and the food and coffee are delicious. The view is also lovely. One of the best features is that you can bring your dog to the balcony area. The system is well-organized and efficient. Thank you to the staff! When you're done, you can grab a takeaway coffee and enjoy a stroll on the beautiful, iconic Urangan Pier.
