Eat at Dan & Stephs - Urangan

The restaurant is situated on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, close to hotels and caravan parks. Although the space is small, it is cozy. While the menu may be limited, the food is outstanding. I tried the Pulled pork and pineapple tacos and they were excellent! I'm not sure if the restaurant specializes in bespoke cuisine, but it definitely works.

Enjoy our breakfast here, slightly different from the standard. Tables could be bigger as we were a group of 10, but to be fair, we had not booked, just sunk. Do not watch TV so was unaware that they were celebrities of Master Chef.

We visited this place for breakfast. I didn't know until I got there who owned the place (as I don't see TV). winner of My kitchen rules and locals in the area. However, check their website to see when they are opened as we went... back only to find it closed.

We came across what we considered to be the worst breakfast at this restaurant. The coffee tasted sour, as if the milk had gone off. The food portions were small, with the plate mostly filled with rocket. The children's dishes were bland, similar to a Bircher's breakfast. The banana smoothie lacked flavor, and all four children advised avoiding it for breakfast. Additionally, the meal was pricey.

Tried this restaurant for brunch as it was just up the road from our accommodation and the food was great. A bit pricey, but I suppose your paying higher prices as they are MasterChef winners. No complaints though as the food was worth it.
