Einstein Bros. Bagels - Urbana

The lady that works in there is soo nice! I was just sitting in the lobby and she gave me a little free sample of some coffee. So great!

I stopped at the Einstein Bagels by the interstate in Champaign. The bagels are very good. I don't have a store near me so I try to stop here when I am in town. The bagels are very good, but the staff is not. This was only my second visit. I said that I had question's. They basically ignored me and treated me poorly..... I'll go for the food but the service was bad. Both times I was here....

We eat here at least weekly, mostly lunch, sometimes with friends, sometime just as a couple, and sometimes breakfast. It's our standby lunch place and has disappointed only once. The staff at the University franchise are always pleasant and willing to accommodate changes in the standard fillings of sandwiches. With a wide selection of bagels, a menu that changes occasionally, and that lists calories, it doesn't get boring. The Shmear Club and senior discounts bring down the prices.

The staff is very friendly, especially one younger female. The food is always good when eating there. My issues is how early they close, but more importantly how they close earlier than supposed to often. Seems like when I do come it happens to be a time where it has closed early. Just today I tried to eat there but the sign said closing at noon and it was 1130 but it had already closed.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I always feel welcomed here. As mentioned in other comments, they work fast and see to everyone even during a rush. I'm here 3-5 times a week attending classes and I am so happy that they are there. Keep up the good work!
