I wanted to confirm that my order had no flesh. she was irritated with me and said: “I said black bean so that it doesn’t have meat” and that I don’t have to say that explicitly. let me tell them unmanned Taco bells staff like often men's embarrassing orders. her job is to take my order right and get me what I want. they should be fired so they are not in a position to do their basic job.
Went through drive thru. Ordered a Burrito supreme and a crunch wrap. Paid 11.08 for this order. Only to find when I got home... that neither one had little to no meat in them. Just beans. Don't know what they are trying to pull, but won't be going back.
I wanted to share my rating of Taco Bell. I went in today to pick up an order I placed online. When I arrived at the store the girl could not locate my order. Then she handed me someone else’s order which was the wrong one. When I attempted to explain she had the wrong order she became aggressive in her tone of voice and very rude. Then her manager came over and was equally rude and not professional. I was really disappointed with my experience and would encourage everyone to stay away from this Taco Bell. Customer service is horrible and the food was also almost not edible.the manager who was rude to me was a bigger woman.
This has got to have the most friendly happy employees I think I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I have never had I assume now, fresh taco bell before.. when I go to my local one I know what I have been missing now.
Our order was correct staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long at all. I should add we got to the drive up right around closing and they were still super friendly
