Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience with the cashier, John, who was quite rude and disrespectful. He went on to air grievances about the manager's decisions regarding same-day calls and expressed frustration about Casey's losing several employees. I suspect this may be contributing to the poor customer service.

Despite growing up in Iowa, and once loving Casey’s, I was reminded today why over the last several years I’ve begun to avoid them like the plague. Since it was directly on my route I thought it would be quick and convenient to just fuel here. I was wrong. 2 of the 4 diesel handles were bagged and I proceeded to find out that at least one more should have been. Of course this is in addition to the multiple gas handles I saw out of order and the air compressor. Couple that with the fact that the store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in roughly two decades, it will be amazing if Casey’s isn’t dead and gone within 5 years. As far as I’m concerned, good riddance!
An older gentlemen on saturdays night shift took my order. He was so sweet and started making my pizza right away. A large pizza just for me because i wanted the left overs. He happily shared the best ways to reheat my pizza! Service was fast and pizza was cooked perfectly. Thank you
