We and a group of friends who often visit Urmitz. All have ordered pizza and other menus together. When the order was told that it would take 45 minutes, the order came 30 minutes late. When we called the restaurant to ask for the reason of the delay, it was unfriendly on the phone. After arrival we asked the questions, again unfriendly for us. Our pizza was so hard and very dry that my husband broke a tooth on the first piece. We all found the service terrible. As a frequent visitor it was the last time we ordered in this restaurant.
