This is a fantastic takeaway fish and chips and ice cream shop. It's conveniently located just across the road from Scarness pier. The food is of great quality with generous portions, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

If you would like a burger that is huge, big juicy burger patties, loads of salad, totally opposite to the famous two, then go to Scarness Takeaways on the Esplanade. There is the usual takeaways, drinks and icecreams available and good old fashioned friendly service. There is seating outside to enjoy your burger or go across the road and sit in the park

Visited this takeaway a couple of times and have found the food to be fresh and tasty ????. The staff are friendly and happy. Great fast service. Would definitely recommend.

The only good think I can say about there Fish N Chips is the potato scallops as they make them from hand and their not greasy very tasty potato scallops the best in the Bay. Fish and chips are very oily to much grease for me I cannot find one decent Fish N Chip shop in Hervey Bay that don't serve greasy fish and chips very disappointing.
