Wayra - Urubamba

We went to dinner one night while we were at the hotel. The location is impressive and the interior has 2 large fireplaces and a beautiful wind cellar. But the service was bad. The manager urged us to order when we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. Then the food came out and wasn't so great. A great miss for us.

With an Odysseys Unlimited tour group stopped for lunch and enjoyed an absolutely impeccable experience. Delicious and plentiful food perfectly prepared, stylishly elegant yet unmatched environment, attentive service, interesting riding show, all in one piece perfection. I hope to stay back... the adjacent Relais Chateaux Hotel.

Wayra is one of the two restaurants in Sol y Luna. In the early afternoon, if you have a meal, the horses before you. This was a great Prix fixe Peruvian meal, with more food than we could eat. A great meal

Had lunch here and it was awesome. All BBQ...great salad starter with empanadas, great mains and delicious desserts deldelicidessdesserts..alwhile

This restaurant is at the back of the Sol y Luna resort. We dined there on an evening with at least two tour groups. The portions of the more elaborate meals shared with the high end Killa Wasi restaurant at the front of the property, were good, but the overall service and setting were somewhat disappointing. More kid friendly items were on the menu if required. Earlier in the evening we did stop for a Pisco Sour. This was prepared by a very friendly, interesting bartender and the Pisco and Passion Fruit Sours we had sitting in front of the fireplace were outstanding.
