Eating is excellent, the service incomparable, a real foundation on the marketplace of useen in hessen. they served pfiiferlings chanetrelles mushrooms as small and tasty as I never had. good wine, experienced waiter and pleasant atmosphere. we were friends of...3 different continentals and all were thrilled. what a beautiful place.

Most of the top restaurants in the opposite side have tried. we tried. it is very costly with good coming, friendly service. the kitchen tries to get a Michelin star and apart from the somewhat too salty...first dish, the cooking menu can be maintained with some Michelin star restaurants. definitiw recommended!

Outside of the big city you need a finger pointing to see the special locations. This is one! A very nice little, family cruised restaurant with much love to quality food and wine. The location at the old marketplace has an 18th century flair and the...building is lovely renewed combining old and new elements. Outside is a nice great place with much running ground for children. So inside it could be crowded and a call ahead is not optional. This is a very good location for people loving 'love food '. Around a 20km perimeter I think this place has the best cooked food. If you are for a business trip around and want something special for your hosts/partners in the outskirts this is also a good place to go.

We celebrated the birthday of a friend, and it was the first time there for all of us. Everything was delicious, imaculate presented and the service was really friendly : because of the bday girl, we asked for a lot of pictures, and they were...more than welcomed to spoil us ; Go there as often as u can!

We were four at ulla and uwe and were fully satisfied again. the 5 courses menu a delightful. start and finish super tuned and with a matching wein recommended perfectly rounded. we are coming back
