Fírovka - Usti nad Labem

Today's visit to Firovka was a big disappointment. Restaurant almost empty. That should have warned me. Ordered 2 meals, Pizza and pork tenderloin with grilled vegetables. They brought the pizza in 20 minutes saying my food would take a while longer. My food arrived almost 20 minutes after the pizza. Pork tenderloin baked durch. She was almost impossible to cut. The grilled vegetables were half burnt, the other half raw. I will mention that the staff forgot to bring a jug of water and we had to remind them. Unfortunately, thanks to this evening, I do not intend to visit the restaurant again. Such a shame. Beautiful environment, but service is also very important. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I got the menu, I chose the food and closed the menu.. and I was waiting to tell the order to the waiter but.. the waiter didn't even move around the place.. after 15 minutes when nothing was happening in the place, except for a couple of pensioners chewing the rest of the portion we left.. on the way to the car, I noticed through the open door to the street how all the staff were smoking there.. a disaster lately, and I quite liked going there Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good restaurant. Service was very friendly, food was perfect, price woth it.
