98 Center Moab - Utah

What a pho-cking GEM! We ate here 2 nights in a row during our stopover in Moab. I had the beef pho and was transported right back to my time in Vietnam. Whatever they’re doing here, they’re doing it well. Extra points for the vegan pho which my veg husband loved.

Besides delicious cocktails, the food was amazing. I can't remember the last time I was able to eat allergy-friendly pho and dessert, and that tasted amazing. Great service too, they are an top of it! Ready to go back!

Thank you for being a shining beacon of delicious flavors and freshness in the sea of declining food and service quality across the US. Everything was amazing, deviled eggs, pork belly, bahn mi …and the fig cheesecake was perfect. You’ve kicked off our visit to Moab on a high note.

Tried the phó, bánh mí, and chicken Philly all of which were a delight. The yuzu limeade is tart and may not be for everyone
