Einstein Bros. Bagels - Utah

Sign on the door says Location is temporarily closed, it still shows open for business on line:

Absolutely No customer service they had a line of people waiting for their orders. Zero urgency on getting food ready. two of the three people behind counter were just talking to each other and the other employee kept just pretending to do stuff I haven’t seen him make a single thing yet. I have been waiting for fifteen minutes now for bagels. I’ve always liked enstiens but I will never go to this location again!

Service was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches and an orange juice.

No seating inside despite having more than enough room inside. Plenty of seating outside if you don’t mind sitting in the freezing weather.

None of the employees had any sense of wanting to work, watched the barista take 10 min to make my hot chocolate and when served there was no chocolate in it. Waited 30 min for order. All the employees were just talking or walking around. Everything was being done in slow motion. It was busy too. Also all employees looked very unprofessional, and it was dirty. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.
