Krispy Kreme - Utah

My nephew and I went there on Monday and the staff was so great. I had a kid and two dogs and we were a bit chaotic, but the woman there was amazing and so kind. It was much appreciated.

We bought hundreds of dollars of gift cards for Christmas to find out that their gift card machine has been down since NOVEMBER. They have no answer to when it will be fixed. FRAUD!!!!!. MANAGEMENT DOESNT GET BACK TO YOU EITHER. WHATS UP?

I purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts. They all had a stale taste. The doughnut making area looked very dirty. I will not be returning.

This place is a mess! Our family has some good laughs because of how ridiculous it is. One time they were out of glazed doughnuts!!! They have messed up our orders a couple times. I’ve ordered in advance online only to find out when I get there that they don’t have what I need. Sometimes they aren’t open during posted hours. We keep going back because we love the doughnuts if we can actually get them.

I'm constantly having problems with this location, they close at random intervals and the whole store when they should be open. They are always out of everything as if they don't wanna do any work and the quality is god awful.
