Fastrac - Utica

This place has always had high prices and bad service, but it was convenient. On the way from here to the there. Yesterday I pulled up and there is a new security guard in full body armor and gun on display, like this is Fallujah or something. This kindof response to events in other cities says a lot about what Fastrac thinks about our community. I'm done overpaying in theirdirty, understaffed store.

This place should be renamed Slowtrac! There was only one cashier working while the rest of the staff chatted and ignored customers. They were consistently rude, too!

This restaurant has long had high prices and poor service, but its location was convenient for me. On my way from one place to another, I would stop by. However, I recently noticed a new security guard wearing full body armor and displaying a pistol, which made it feel like I was in a conflict zone. This level of security reflects Fastrac's perception of our community, and it’s disappointing. I’m no longer willing to pay for such a subpar experience in a place that feels unwelcoming.

It might as well be called "Slowtrac"! There's usually only one cashier working, while the others just stand around chatting and glancing at one another. Plus, the service tends to be unfriendly!
