Hummus Tabbouleh - Utica

This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites! The lamb shawarma served with rice and salad is incredibly delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend it!

Our office ordered takeout today from Hummus and Tabbouleh, and I tried the Chicken Fata. It featured a base of fluffy white rice topped with succulent pieces of chicken, crunchy slivers of almonds, crispy bits of pita, and an incredible yogurt sauce garnished with parsley. The container was surprisingly hefty, easily weighing around 3 pounds! This has to be one of the best dishes I've had in ages. The food was light, fresh, and while it wasn't spicy, it offered a wonderfully unique flavor. I only ate a third of it and felt satisfied, so I brought the rest home to share with my granddaughter for dinner, and she loved it too. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

As a discerning food critic, I must say this place is outstanding! I highly recommend it. I tried the Chicken Shawarma, and it was simply perfect.

The food here is fresh and amazing!! I have gone to eat here multiple times, I have even ordered catering for a small (10 person) dinner and everyone was happy!

Omg....this food is delicious. And Ali is an awesome host. A weekly must!
