Iconic By Chesterfield - Utica

They charged me for someone else's bill, $960. Still haven't gotten a call from the owner. It has been 48 hrs. I was told I was going to get a call 2 days ago.

Stopped in from out of town great surprise finding such a nice restaurant in the Double Tree

We stumbled upon this location while in town from Long Island for a 1 night stay. We had drinks and dinner at the bar. The service was exceptional our bartender Linda and other bar staff really took care of us. Chilled glasses throughout, never waited for drinks despite a busy bar and tap room full of customers. Would love to return again sometime. The Utica Beers were outstanding! What a fun place

Food wasn't good at all, pasta way over cooked on the chicken riggies, and chicken cavatells. Service was very slow

I had eggs benedict. I wanted to substitute ham with smoked salmon because I don't eat meat, but they couldn't make it. And when I asked for cappuccino with nondairy milk, they said they don't make cappuccino and they do not have any nondairy milk. I got regular coffee with dairy milk plus they charged me for it even I didn't want it.
