They have Frank Family Chardonnay which is one of our favorites. We had a reservation for 6:30 pm and had a nice table next to thefireplace. Desert was also excellent. Parking was easy.
Start by saying I'm 50% Italian. I've come here 3 time now. The bread basket comes with a very good sauce Food is very well prepared! The 1st time I had veal parmesan. Comes with 3 breaded veal in sauce and parmesan. It was very good. The breadingneeded more seasoning. Sauce is good but not Grandma's house good. The minestrone soup was a little salty for me, tho thechicken tortellini was very good! I finished with tiramisu also amazing. 2nd visit was Burrata cheese in sauce, Crab cakes, 8ozFilet and an off menu meal. The steak needed mushrooms or zip sauce with meal possibly blue cheese for the price. John andTaylor were amazing and informative! Dessert was cannolis. 3rd visit service was slow. food was mushroom soup, Tenderloin tipsarrabbiate, and chicken marsala the marsala was not good unfortunately, seemed very bland needed more flavor in sauce. Verycheerful atmosphere, people seem to know each other here a lot. Has a small private event area. Overall this place has a greatvibe. If you want it busy come around 6 on Saturday night. If you want it relaxed come 430-6 other days. They do takereservations! A little pricey but is complimented by service. Overall price/quality/quantity not balanced.
My husband and I went here for date night . From the outside this is a beautiful place! Fresh herbs and vegetable plants are in the planters outside, and lovely flowers. The atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant was not busy at all, but upon arrival we weretold there was a wait for a table because we did not make a reservation. No problem, we sat at the bar. They seemed understaffed(isn 't everyone? so we had a few drinks while waiting. The bartender was friendly and chatted with us about the menu while wewaited. When we got a table, the waitress was very attentive and explained the specials to us. We ordered one of the specials, the deep fried cheese, for an appetizer. It was delicious! My husband chose the veal special, and I had the lobster risotto. Therisotto was cooked well with large chunks of lobster, it was delicious. My husband was not super impressed by the veal it wastender, but not seasoned well. We had plenty of food leftover to take home. Our bill came to over 200$ after tip! So overall, agood experience, very nice atmosphere, good food. Just not sure it was worth 200$. But we would come back!
The inside of this restaurant is nice and appealing. The food was not bad, my steak was cooked a little too much. Also, the food was a little salty. Lastly, the waitress seemed a bit flustered. However, the wine selection was good.
Local place to my home in Washington township. Figured I?d give it a try, being that it was an ?Italian? restaurant. Thought I would ignore the 4.1 stars and give it a try. Service was lackluster at best. The bartender was not attentive at all. Neverreally completed in one task at a time. Not for nothing, after being in Italy and having traveled the world; this food was thecomplete opposite of ?Italian cuisine?. The bread wasn?t warm and the ?marina? sauce was cold. For the appetizer I tried thevegetable minestrone soup. Was a bit bland. The chicken parmigiana was a greasy disaster of a frozen chicken patty made byTyson. The ?marinara sauce? had the consistency of Heinz ketchup and was bland. Didn?t finish the meal. For $30 and the servicedon?t waste your time.
