Subway - Utica

Guy in front of me must have gotten a tuna sub. I wasn't watching to see if the knife was cleaned between sandwiches, that's my bad, but the employee cut my veggie patty sub and once I hit it home and I wrapped it, Al I could smell was tuna fish, and that's gross. Really bummed. I tried to eat but I just couldn't stomach it. Thanks fir not doing the bare minimum

I came in with a problem with my order and the worker Nicole and gladly replaced my order with ease . I’m so greatful the food was fresh the male worker seemed a little annoyed but none the less fixed the subs . Will definitely be back

Ty, Dianne and others staffs are nice and polite, sandwiches always good and fresh, one thing I don't like is the Internet order seems too often down and have to call for pick up, wish they do something about it

Ordered online this afternoon, Ty was the only employee working in North Utica, NY restaurant... he was running rapid but extremely kind and friendly. I cannot say enough about this hardworking young man.. there should be more people out there like him. The kid truly deserves kudos and recognition... it is not everyday you witness someone work this hard and dedicated to their job. I was unable to give a survey due to it stating in store receipt only. That should be corrected for anyone to give a review.....
