TGI FRIDAYS - Utica

My fiancée and I went to this place and were very disappointed. the service was terrible, the bathrooms were evil and the managers look like they were on the well-being. first of the young lady who greeted us needed a belt, as their pants slipped down, which is very unprofessional. I asked for a normal standing and she refused to stand up or cleanse us. the restaurant was not busy! then she sat next to us for half, there were haare in it. then my fiancé asked for another half-cabin and I went to the lady toilet where it was dirty! the floors were dirty, the counters were a mess, the wash basins were secured and someone spit in the wash basin. In addition, there were no clothes hangers or wallets in the tight bathroom, so I had to play a fight with my clothes and the tight of this toilet room. next I rinse my hands and the water stays cold. wwf his winter time! I come back to the main dining area that we sat from a Scottish door, so it was cold when we were there. our waitress came to our table and instead of our order spent 4-5 minutes talking about my nails against our order. then she took my hand to keep looking in which I don't like people touching me so it was a bit unpleasant, but I didn't want to cause a scene as she was young, printable and pregnant. I just delivered it as immature. we then put our order, in which my fiancée ordered a wing and a ribbed basket and specifically asked for boneless wings and after 40 minutes he waits cold eating and bones in wings where he asked for boneless. the waitress did not listen, nor was she attentive to our entire visit, who frustrated in itself. we asked for a manager and she came as lazy and healed as if she didn't want to be harassed. actually she looked like she had on street clothes and wasn't from management calves for Friday. we're gone.

The whole experience sucked out of the waitresses from the management. I hate that I can't have a positive farewell, but I can't.

Since it was Mother's Day and the restaurant was very busy, we were waiting quite fast. our waitress was very pleasant and very attentive. our eating was good and hot served!

I made a reservation for 6 at 8:15 pm. We arrived on time. Apparently they do not take reservations. There were many unoccupied tables and not too many people waiting. They said it would be 45 minutes to be seated. That was not convenient . We had to find another restaurant that could take us sooner. I have used the app many times previously and have never had a problem. I was disappointed this time.

Only issue I had was even though your site took my reservation, they don't allow reservations on weekends. Please update your site. I was seated quickly but I can imagine how angry someone would be to make a reservation with open table only to get there and them explain they don't take reservations on weekends and have to wait.
