Owned by a Swedish family, this restaurant offers a delightful selection of Swedish dishes and desserts. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited for breakfast. Typically, I don't expect much from breakfast places in Utrecht, as they often serve generic dishes of mediocre quality and lackluster coffee. However, this place was a pleasant surprise. I tried a delicious Swedish bungalow with cinnamon and a ham and cheese toast - both fresh and original. The coffee was also top-notch. The quality of the food surpassed the average standard in Utrecht. I believe the restaurant deserves a much higher rating than the 4.2/5 it currently has. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, but don't expect to find fried eggs on the menu - as the waiter informed me, Swedes don't typically eat them in the morning.
