This place is absolutely fantastic and a must-visit when in Utrecht. They create a new menu every week, always offering vegan options and the ability to modify several dishes to be vegan. I have been here multiple times and the flavors and textures are consistently top-notch. This week, they had a red risotto that could be made vegan, and it was delicious. In addition to the meals, they also offer tasty snacks like dried okra and crisps. The service is always exceptional, with friendly staff who are willing to accommodate putting food in your own container.
