Normally good to eat. But unfortunately today was a disaster.

Als we in de buurt zijn, gaan we altijd even langs voor een patatje. Heerlijk! Goede service, lekker eten. Alleen misschien fijn als de thuisbezorgd bezorgers een ander plekje hebben om te wachten. Toen wij er waren namen ze de eerste tafel in. Ziet er ongezellig uit als ze allemaal op hun telefoon zitten te kijken tijdens het wachten. Verder top! Service: Dine in

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at Bram Ladage in Leidsche Rijn. I went in with a friend to order fries. It was very busy and people were queuing at the cash register. We stood to the right of the cash register, while people were also waiting on the left. It was all tight, but we stood in line neatly. Then we were approached in an extremely rude manner by a bald gentleman with glasses, who told us that we had to stand to the left of the cash register and that there was no line where we were. I remained calm and indicated that there was no indication where exactly you should stand and that it didn't matter because of the crowds, everyone will get a turn anyway. However, the employee did not let me finish and continued to chatter. It was a very bad experience. I almost wanted to walk away, but decided not to let such an annoying employee ruin my day. He could have asked this in a kind and decent way, because it is the tone that makes the music. This situation could have turned out very differently with a little civility and respect. Pity.
