Cafetaria Oreo - Utrecht Province

What delicious food! At first I thought the sauce had been forgotten, but it was already there! Delicious meat, tzatziki very good and the pitas are great! And...very fast delivery by a friendly employee! Recommended!!!

Really top service and top food! Asked for fries separately with the Gyros fries, they forgot them. Within 5 minutes of calling, the delivery person was at the door with piping hot fries and a small extra as an apology. Best Gyros in Utrecht, that's for sure!

I called them to let them know that I didn't like my fries and gyros. Too many pieces of fat and fries were way too greasy for me, oil dripping out. The lady spoke to me politely and told me that the delivery person had come to bring me money. A little later I get a call back from (believe) her husband. He tells me that it is not possible to give a refund. Excuse me? I immediately had a piece of fat in my mouth and I can't handle it so badly that my appetite immediately disappeared. The gentleman says offensively that he will be at my door shortly and would like to see the gyros. I say fine, come! A few minutes later he stands intimidatingly in front of my door and stands so close to me, which I thought was ridiculous? Just act normal? Because you can't handle criticism from a customer, you stand in front of me in such a threatening way ??? He has looked at the gyros and starts a discussion with me in front of my door about how I am completely wrong and cannot do that. Excuse me! I ate those gyros, right? And the fries were still on top. I showed him that it was covered in oil, but I didn't want to know anything yet. The gentleman occasionally tries to look behind me to see if there are several people in the house. You thought I was afraid of you?? If I find something, I will say so politely. But don't call me back and try to be intimidating. And finally say that I never have to order from you again. AS IF I planned that, what are you thinking, standing in front of my door like that? It's just that I talked softly to you in front of the door and no, I don't live alone and I'm certainly not afraid. I'm not into reviews etc, but that's not how you treat customers and a little criticism. Here is my experience with Oreo tonight
