Op Roose is located on the edge of Kanaleneiland with a direct view of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. Service is friendly, attentive and decisive. A relief. many other restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and the layout is great so you can spend an evening with your own group. Food is simply very tasty. Not too simple and not too difficult. Simply something for everyone at a good level for a reasonable price. The white wine in the glass could be a little better, but still fine. This is on my list of tents where I will return, also for business purposes (you can also rent meeting rooms here).
