Is in a really good location and suposed to have good and fast service everything in this life is circunstancial but unfotunately in my case took about 30 min or more to receive my hamburger, the staff is friendly ? Yes, the waitress saw me like a foreigner and started speaking direct in english so thats an extra point to eat here like foreigner, they speak english. Quality of food ? Is good but not extraordinary, meat is black angus it said in the menu and is cooked medium but I felt it a little bit dry, and my Merlot was not extraordinary a glass is around 5 euros is not a price for the best but I have tried tastier wines for that price in restaurants, the alcohol flavor was over the notes from the wine and yes I waited for a while before I drink more , I recomend come here if you dont have to much time to waste and you are close to the Utrecht train central station, this option is way better than fast food.

Fantastic service! They were out of tables but still made room for us, the burgers were worth the price and we're incredible, I definitely recommend going here! I'm updating my review after my second visit, and would like to add that the friendliness of the staff has never been better. Although it was busier than the last time, there was still room for a fairly large group (6 people) and even with a full restaurant everything was plated and given to us quickly. The burgers are beyond anything I've ever had, there's a variety of beef burgers and a chicken and vegan option too, and they're out of this world. The beef, the bun, the vegetables, there's no way to put it to words but to try it yourself. This is a must-visit in Utrecht if you're a fan of great burger restaurants. If anything, I'd give it 6 stars!

In short, Good burgers with a better service. On a Tuesday afternoon this place wasn 't crowded and food was prepared pretty fast. We ordered the Utrecht and BLT burgers with wings on the side. Burgers were good enough but nothing amazing or so. The wings were overkilled with barbecue sauce, so if that 's your thing, than you are in luck! The wings were tender, which is good. But overall a good enough menu. What did make things great is the service. Both waiters were friendly, provided help with the menu, and did just great! Tip worthy! Price-wise it 's not the cheapest, but also not wallet damager. In Google language it 's in line with the '€€ ' sign.

Great food and service. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had. My wife and I both had the BBQ burger and it was delicious.

Tonight I went to eat at The Burguer Federation at HSMHost Utrecht, I ordered a Brand Weisen beer that cost 5€ and a BBQ Burger 15€, after a few minutes the waitress came to inform me that the beer was not available and to choose another one, I asked the Afflingen Blond beer €4.50. The beer was very good and the lunch was exceptional. the waitress service was good, even everything was perfect, but when it was time to pay, a guy came and when he told me the price I found that the beer he was charging was the one I didn't have and that person was very arrogant saying it was and that I was lying without even asking the waitress who served me. I show my dissatisfaction Not for the €0.50 heat that was being charged, but for the ignorance of the person who charged me and the worst thing that he didn't even have the ability to apologize after the waitress confirmed that the beer I had drunk was the one of €4.50. Perfect place, perfect food but inadequate people.
