Contribuisci feedback煮干しラーメンとしては個人的には宇都宮近郊で1番好きな味でした。臭みを丁寧に取ってあるスープ。最近の煮干しラーメン店でよく見る煮干魚粉に頼ったドロっとしたスープがイマイチ苦手な私としては、この店の煮干し風味は濃厚なのにスープはしつこくなく飲み切れる味はリピートしたくなります。 ラーメンはHARDを食べたので、ニボバタ飯は煮干風味を薄く感じてしまい物足りない味でした。煮干しバターがもっと濃いか多いと美味しかったと思われます
I went to a ramen restaurant after a long time and tried the Niboshi Chinese ramen. They only serve it on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and at night. The highlight was the Nibobata Reis, which was delicious when stirred and eaten with the heart-shaped butter. Overall, I was satisfied with the flavorful and hearty meal.
