Stayed just down the road. Went here just for a light evening meal and a drink. Had such a good night with a couple of locals and some travellers. Don't get mislead by the exterior. Such a friendly pub

Popped in after a disastrous day with local boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and made us lovely fresh pizzas. Very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Called in during a quiet Sunday with Aaron group of 10. We ordered the pizzas which are prepared fresh behind the bar. They are tasty and great value. In fact the menu board shows a wide choice all for 10 or 11 pound. Friendly staff who attended to our needs. Would recommend.
