Contribuisci feedbackNo matter how few or zero customers are at this Burger King, they ask you to pull up past the window to make it look like they are getting food out quickly and then you wait at the front of the store for longer than any other fast food restaurant. If the cars get backed up, they ask you to pull off to the side. This is to trick their corporate headquarters. I rarely come because it’s the same thing every time.
My Husband Whopper was cold We always order a special burger that way I know it comes out fresh we only ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles and I ordered the original chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, mustard, and onions. The male on my sandwich was old like they had that burger sitting there for a bit, and they added the ingredients and it was cold and the bread. The bottom bun was hard and I called him and I called him and I called him and no one answered, and I didn’t even get a receipt. Did not give me a receipt. Proof of my purchase the only thing I have is the order receipt that came tagged on the bag and I asked My Husband how’s your whopper? He’s like it’s cold. The food was cold. I live down the street a block away so there’s no reason for our food to be cold.

If I could leave no stars I would, my order is always wrong. The meat isn't real it's cardboard like (white beef), tried to over charge $20 for something I didn't order. The manager is so rude the way she treats her employees is upsetting and disgusting, they look miserable. They need to bring back the other meat they used to use and hire management that respects employees like human beings.
We stopped by here on our way home from a vacation in big bend for some supper and found ourselves in the midst of another very irate customer who was being quite confrontational with the staff. The entire staff remained professional in the face of an impossible situation, prepared our food quickly and accurately and I cannot express enough how much our family emphasize with all the staff working there last night.Thank you so much to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well.
