Kebab Choice Uxbridge

Last Friday, I enjoyed a delicious kebab at Uxbridge Kebab Choice. The kebab was very flavorful, and the cool sauce and garlic were tasty additions. The chicken doner was particularly delicious.

Pre-Marathon Carb-Loading meal, so I needed to arrive early (6:30 table) and not be rushed by an incompetent waiter who lied about the reason for a 40-minute delay in serving our main courses. The dining experience was very basic and functional. It was a disappointing evening and not worth the money. However, at least the poor service saved us from having to pay for dessert, additional drinks, and a tip. The restaurant was also cold inside. It was much better than the previous Auberge, but still felt soulless and disappointing.

Our table booking through Open Table was not found, but they were able to seat us. The waiter was friendly and attentive, although he seemed to be the only one serving and was very busy. Despite this, we had a delicious meal and the new salted caramel dessert was amazing!

If only all Zizzis were in buildings like the Uxbridge one. I think that what makes this Zizzi a favourite with us. Although the staff couldn't find our booking, there was no fuss and we were seated quickly. Pizzas were great and the staff were on hand, but not too present. If only they had a wine bar too we'd be more frequent visitors!

A nice place with very good food and a decent atmosphere the service can be a little bit slow and i ordered a side dish that never made it (which turned out to be a good thing as i was full) but it also did not make it to the bill, make reservations ahead!
