Chef Chen Chinese - Vacaville

We began visiting this restaurant for its lunch buffet, and we’ve been impressed! The service is outstanding, with very friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious, and the salt and pepper fish is truly exceptional! I highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic! The portions are generous, and everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. I will definitely return. The service was excellent; our food arrived quicker than we anticipated, and they even brought it out to our truck.

I've been a fan of Chef Chen's prawns with mixed vegetables for years, and with the recent change in ownership and the impressive interior renovation, this charming family-run restaurant has only become more inviting. They seem to focus heavily on their lunch buffet, which I haven't tried yet, as well as takeout and delivery. However, since I live in Winters, I prefer dining in. If you're in search of perfectly cooked Chinese vegetables, fresh and succulent prawns, delicious pot stickers, and more, all in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff, this is the spot for you. I make it a point to eat here at least once a week. During a recent chat with the chef, I learned that the Chinese vegetables come fresh from San Francisco every Sunday. So if you visit on a Sunday or Monday, don’t hesitate to ask about the fresh offerings, and the chef will whip up a special vegetable dish just for you!

Great food, came in, got served immediately, the food was out in under 15 minutes, and everything was delicious. The items marked as 'spicy ' definitely are!

The food was pretty tasty, the owner was very nice and had recommendations and suggestions. Portions were big, I got full fairly quickly and had leftovers.
