I came on the 4th. July, when I went to Sacramento, I should have continued. Usually the firehouse is great! But they had 2 people and that wasn't good. Eating was okay. It took a long time to get a little sandwich.

I visited on Saturday, July 9, and both sandwiches were amazing, just like the service. I will definitely be returning!

The service was lacking, with poor communication from the waitstaff, and the sandwich I received was extremely disappointing. That's why I’m giving this place a 2-star rating. Honestly, I’d have been better off buying a sandwich from a vending machine.

When I inquired about my sandwich, which I specifically requested to be cold instead of hot, the employee asked if I wanted both sandwiches cold. Since one was an Italian sub, I naturally said yes. To my surprise, he then informed me that all their sandwiches are served hot. This is something I believe should be mentioned when taking a phone order! We were hoping for a couple of good sub sandwiches, not hot ones. After 45 minutes of driving home with the sandwiches, I discovered that the bottom of the bread was soggy, while the rest of the bread was tough and dry. Overall, I was extremely disappointed, especially given the high prices for these sandwiches. I won't be returning again.
