Contribuisci feedbackThe young lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, both of my hearing aids stopped working, making it difficult for me to hear. She kindly communicated with me through sign language, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I wanted to write this review specifically to recognize her exceptional service. I hope she reads this.
The manager made me an amazing gotcha matcha drink. Big shout out to her and her crew!
The service at this restaurant is hit or miss, but the smoothies are consistently delicious. Even when they are out of certain fruits, they are willing to substitute with a fruit of your choice. Unfortunately, my rating has dropped from 4 stars to 3 due to a recent experience on 5/11 morning. When I entered, there was no one at the front, and despite calling out for assistance, no one came out. Just as I was about to leave, a staff member finally appeared, but without any apology. He seemed disinterested and simply left my order on the counter without a friendly farewell.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier shortchanged me by $10 and then tried to deny it when I pointed it out. I paid $7 for a waffle and a wheat grass, which felt like a rip-off. The service was also inexperienced. I'll be more careful with my money and food in the future and will go to a different smoothie place from now on.
I have forgotten the young man's name. My visit was several months ago. However, I just want to say he, we shall call him the Jamba Juicer, provided true customer service. I had ordered an olde tyme smoothie with a twist. He was kind enough to bring outone of the processed ingredients for me to review. Check them out.
