Nugget Markets - Vacaville

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab a sandwich and a coffee, and it took forever! However, the sandwich and latte were fantastic. I ordered the Van Gogh sandwich and a soy milk matcha latte, and both were delicious.

This was my first time visiting Nugget Market and I was highly impressed. As someone who put themselves through college working in a grocery store, I can truly appreciate the quality of this establishment. The displays are fantastic, the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is impeccable - you could practically eat off the floors. I highly recommend this grocery store.

I have been making the effort to drive across town to shop at Nugget, mainly because of the mask mandate. However, last night was a disaster in terms of that expectation. The person responsible for enforcing the mask mandate at the door first pushed past me to grab a box of masks for an unmasked couple with two children. The family then entered the store without masks on, even though they had masks in hand. I observed the butcher remind the woman to put on her mask, but she kept her nose uncovered. No one instructed her to wear her mask properly. As they approached the checkout area, neither of them had masks on. It was very disappointing to see this lack of adherence to the mask mandate at the store I had gone out of my way to visit.

I was able to purchase chocolate-covered strawberries, ribeye steak, lobster, and champagne all for Valentine's Day at this store. The meat selection was beautiful. I love this store!

By far one of the cleanest grocery stores I've entered. Great daily soups and the bakery is amazing. I ordered items for my office and everything was ready and looked great. Some would say its a bit pricey, but I've compared with Raleys and Safeway and its not much of a difference.
