I love Rubio's and the Vacaville location is one of the best in the chain Fresh, fresh, fresh.
My friend and I decided to stop at Rubios since this was on our way to our wine weekender trip, we had just flown in, and were starved.
Had the halibut fish tacos-extremely over spiced, and over cooked.
