Contribuisci feedbackRe subway on alamo in Vacaville-This is not the first time that this happened sad at this place and I understand that companies have a hard time to find employees, but owners are rude is not how to keep customers who are willing to pay so they can pay employees. we used the app at 8:02 to place an order, the app told us it would be ready at 8:20. went to the store at 8:20 all lights were out. my card was charged and the app has displayed the order. we landed on the subway on monte vista (they were fantastic on our way to home, we passed past the Alamo store and interior lighting were now, but obviously closed. when I called this subway today about app, giving up the order, taking money and no one calling a courtesy, etc. everything I got was the owner who said they knew that the accusations had been turned around and that they close by 8 (app says 9). She hung on me when I tried to ask others.
Place is always nice and very clean, no visible hand sanitizer. Apparently wearing a mask not necessary!!! And she always makes The weakest sandwiches….
I love subway and have eaten at zillions of different locations. I’ve never seen a subway sandwich this skimpy. Paper thin cucumbers, lousy tomatoes, barely any veggies. Why so tight? Like others said, mostly bread. I will say the employee seemed new and was very nice!
My experience at this underground restaurant was very disappointing. The interior was beautiful and the dining area was clean, but the owners and staff were not very welcoming and skimped on the fillings of the sandwiches. I had to ask multiple times to add more salad and spinach. Additionally, when my children needed to use the restroom, we were told it was broken. While I understand that things break, it only added to the overall disappointing experience. I can't comprehend why the owners of a sandwich shop would be stingy with the toppings. It's frustrating how much a little extra salad would cost to provide better customer service.
I wish I could give this restaurant 100 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. I was shocked by the poor service I received at this particular Subway location. The older lady working there was rude and careless, while the younger women were much kinder. However, one of them accidentally cut her finger while preparing my sandwich. When I asked for a new piece of bread, the older lady seemed annoyed and unhelpful. She put cheese on a dirty lid and insisted it was clean, even though it clearly was not. Overall, the staff's attitude and lack of cleanliness were appalling. I left feeling disturbed and concerned about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. I cannot understand how this place is still in business with such poor practices. It is unacceptable and I worry about the potential health risks for other customers.
